Kendra Bailey Morris, food writer, recipe developer and author of The Southern Slow Cooker, will show off her techniques for putting that slow cooker to good use well beyond the main course, including moist desserts like Molasses Gingerbread. Granted, there's not time for slow cooking in a one hour demo, but Kendra's take on Southern food will help you gain time around the table with your family and friends. Demo and book signing.

Reitzer grew up in Virginia Beach, working in seafood restaurants. Carlisle grew up on a cattle farm in Wisconsin and Gregory grew up in South Carolina with a love of Low Country cuisine.
